OREANDA-NEWS. July 25, 2013. The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT chaired by Rustam N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan).

The meeting reviewed the budget performance of TATNEFT in the first half of 2013 and approved the budget for August of the current year.

The Board of Directors discussed the information about the system of environmental control in the Company. The ongoing work is underway in the structural divisions of TATNEFT on the prudent management and restoration of natural resources and avoiding violations of the law requirements in the areas of environmental protection.

A report on the current system of personnel management at JSC TATNEFT was presented to the meeting's attendees. It was pointed out that the recent years witnessed reduction of the labor discipline violations and the employees' occupational skills improvement. The current human resource management system provides for motivation of the employees to quality performance of their duties, creates favorable environment for the introduction of new techniques and technologies and helps ensuring financial strength and economic stability of the Company.

The Board of Directors also considered a number of other issues of JSC TATNEFT's activities.
