NPO Saturn Held Annual General Shareholders Meeting
OREANDA-NEWS. On July 22, 2013 an annual general shareholders meeting was held at NPO Saturn.
By the resolution of the NPO Saturn shareholders meeting the annual report, the annual financial statements including the profit and loss report as well as the distribution of the Company’s profits and losses based on the results of the 2012 accounting year have been adopted. Following the results of 2012, it was decided not to disburse the dividends (not to declare them).
The NPO Saturn board of directors was elected in the following composition: V.A. Gavrilov, I.M. Goncharenko, G.B. Kirpichev, D.Y. Lelikov, V.E. Masalov, A.V. Neznamov, P.A. Palamarchuk, P.M. Osin and I.N. Fedorov.
L.A. Zhurina, S.Y. Lashkina and M.Y. Tugaev have been appointed to the revision commission of NPO Saturn.
The research and technology center of audit for the companies in the MIC Ltd. auditing company has been elected NPO Saturn’s auditor for 2013.
NPO Saturn Research and Production Association (OJSC) is an engine-building company specialized in the design and development, production and after-market support of gas turbine engines for military and civil aviation, Navy boats and power-generating plants and gas-pumping units. NPO Saturn is part of United Engine Corporation.
