OREANDA-NEWS. ‘Expert RA’ rating agency assigned ‘Volga-Capital’ PPF reliability rating A+, which means very high reliability; the outlook is stable. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term.

When ‘Volga-Capital’ PPF was rated, the Agency noted high pension provision diversification by management companies, the conservative policy of investing pension accruals and placing pension provisions and the moderately high risk management level as positive factors.

The low ratio of PSA to pension funds, low diversification of pension accruals by management companies as of March 31, 2013, the 2008 uncovered loss, which has not been allocated to the customer pension accounts and has been indemnified from the Fund’s own money, the low ratio of insurance provision to PLP are the rating-restraining factors.
