Moderately high liquidity ratios had a positive impact on the Company rating. The low share of payables in liabilities and the absence of past-due debt were also typical of the Company.

The Agency’s analysts noted the extremely high debt level, the extremely low capital adequacy and low business diversification as the rating-restraining factors.
