OREANDA-NEWS. Global Finance Magazine named TBC Bank among its World’s Best Internet Banks 2013 awardees for a second consecutive year. This time, TBC Bank won three outstanding nominations: Best Consumer Internet Bank in Georgia and two awards within the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region for the Best Integrated Consumer Bank Site and for the Best Bill Payment & Presentment. TBC Bank is the only Georgian bank to have been recognized locally or regionally for its internet banking services.

According to the publication’s press release, winners were chosen for “strength of strategy for attracting and servicing online customers, success in getting clients to use web offerings, growth of online customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from Internet initiatives, and web site design and functionality.” This is the 14th year Global Finance has named the World’s Best Internet Banks.
