OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2013. AS SEB Varahaldus notifies that the management regulations of the following investment funds have been amended: SEB Tasakaalukas Fondifond, SEB Dunaamiline Fondifond, SEB Aktiivne Fondifond.

The amendments to the management regulations were registered with decisions no. 4.1-1/31-33 of the management board of the Financial Supervision Authority dated 10.07.2013.

The amendments to the management regulations shall enter force on 16.08.2013.

The amendments are related to the transformation of funds into UCITS.

If the unit-holder does not agree with the amendments of the management regulations of the fund, unit-holder may demand redemption of units before the amendments enter into force. Taking into consideration the fact, that the amendments of the management regulations of the funds are considered to be significant within the meaning of the Investment Funds Act, the units of the funds will be redeemed without a redemption fee between 16.07.2013 and 16.08.2013 (i.e. for one month before the amendments to the fund management regulations enter into force).

The amended management regulations can be reviewed starting from 16.07.2013 on the SEB website at www.seb.ee/fondid and in branch offices all over Estonia. Unit-holders have the right to receive clarification of the importance of the amendments to the management regulations.
