OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2013. Sergey Krjukov, CEO of SME Bank (Vnesheconombank group) took part in the enlarged session of the Council of the Association of Regional Banks of Russia held in Dzerzhinsk (the Nizhegorodskaya Oblast). The topic of the session - “Measures of SME Support Implemented by the Banking Industry of Russia”.

The session was addressed by Anatoly Aksakov, President of the Association “Russia”, Alexander Murychev, Executive Vice-President of RSPP, Vladimir Ivanov, Acting Governor of the Nizhegorodskaya Oblast, Sergey Krjukov, SME Bank’s CEO, representatives of the regional authorities and major banks.

According to Mr.Krjukov primary responsibility for the economic growth shall rest with the business community, and the growth itself is only possible when the state provides favorable business environment.
