OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2013. Alfa-Bank announced the increase of limits for card-to-card transfers. Monthly limit for international and domestic card-to-card transfers shall increase to 500,000 rubles (with commission fee).

Holders of cards issued by any bank can transfer funds to debit or credit cards issued by banks in Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Moldova.

Funds transfer is secured by the technology 3DSecure (Verified by Visa/MasterCard Secure Code). Normally, it is enough to key in a single-use password given to you by the card issuing bank.
