Vladivostok Seaport Boundaries Amended
OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2013. By Government of Russia regulation dated 04.07.2013 No. 1134-r the boundaries of Vladivostok Seaport were amended.
The amendments are caused by seaport territory expansion with two land plots on which there are two multipurpose berths No. 3 and No. 4 put into service in 2012 after their reconstruction.
For information:
FSUE “Rosmorport” uses 14 land plots in Vladivostok Seaport with the total area of almost 8.1 ha, which makes 3.6 % of the total territory of the seaport. Surface water bodies within the water area of Vladivostok Seaport are used by the Vladivostok Branch for the purpose of sea navigation and do not require neither conclusion of a water use agreement nor making a decision on assignment of a water body for use according to the Water Code of the Russian Federation.
