OREANDA-NEWS.  July 23, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Karachaevo-Circassia begins issuing loans to ISK Kubanskoye LLC – Investment and Construction Company. It opened a revolving credit line with a limit of 260 million rubles to the borrower with the purpose of increasing its working capital. The loan can be drawn down until December 20, 2014.

The first tranche of 150 million rubles has been issued to the borrower under the loan agreement signed on June 28.

ISK Kubanskoye LLC carries out end-to-end general construction projects to put up buildings and structures, including installation of inside service systems and equipment, outside water, sewage, heat, gas, and electric power networks and communication lines. The company also builds bridges, dams, dykes, and tunnels, riverbank protecting structures, and highways, including underground roads, and hydro-engineering projects.

The opening of the credit line is the first experience in cooperation between ISK Kubanskoye LLC and Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Karachaevo-Circassia, and the branch management recognizes much promise in promoting business partnership with the dynamic company.
