SORAINEN Estonia advised Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG), the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn stock exchange listed largest regional casino entertainment provider, on its planned construction of a new luxury hotel and entertainment complex located on the site of former Reval Park Hotel & Casino in Tallinn.

The hotel will be operated by the international hotel chain Hilton Worldwide. Merko Ehitus will lead construction as main contractor of the complex valued at approx EUR 36 million.

Establishing the new hotel complex begins when the current Park Hotel & Casino closes its doors on 31 Oct this year and demolition work on the old building starts. Construction of the new complex is planned to begin in February 2014 and the works are scheduled for completion in December 2015. The 13-storey hotel and entertainment complex will consist of a hotel vestibule, casino, conference centre, SPA and restaurant located in the lower 4-storey part of the building plus accommodation floors with 202 hotel rooms located in the higher 9-storey part. The conference centre will offer facilities for up to 720 guests.

The new OEG flagship casino will be located in an area of 1,600 m2 of the 1st floor hotel complex. The casino entertainment suite will have separate areas for slot machines, game boards and club poker, a reserved area for VIP gamers, plus a representative and spacious casino bar with performing area and a comfortable lounge.
