OREANDA-NEWS. On the 21st of July 2013 Mahan Air started to operate its flights from Tehran airport to Saint-Petersburg. Tehran is the capital and a political, economic and cultural centre of Iran.

The charter flights will be serviced once-weekly until September 15, 2013by comfortable Airbuses A300 and A310 offering two-class cabin configuration.

In 2001 Mahan Air became an IATA member and its route network includes more than 20 destinations.
