OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2013. For the second year in a row Alfa-Bank receives Visa award for quality customer servicing in the category "Highest International Debit Cards Issuers Recognition". Purpose of the award is to recognize the achievements of issuers and processing companies.

Visa has been giving its awards for quality customer servicing since 1992. Three years ago, the program of awards initially aimed at the USA market grew into global one, covering all countries of Visa presence. The award is given in 15 categories.

The "Highest International Debit Cards Issuers Recognition" award is given to the companies with highest share of successful transactions performed through Visa served cards. The received by the bank award testifies both for the high-quality work of the bank’s processing center and the financial awareness of our customers. The category "Highest International Debit Cards Issuers Recognition" itself is a reflection of the fact that the today’s priority is quality servicing, and in particular with bank card transactions.
