OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has assigned a credit rating to OAO Kompania Slavich (Pereslavl-Zalesski, Yaroslavl region). The rating is “BBB” on the national scale and “BB” on the international scale, in both cases with a stable outlook.

According to the agency, the rating is based on strong support from a group of affiliated companies, solid operating cash flow and healthy operating profits.

Constraining factors include the Company's relatively modest side, a potential increase in its debt burden and high accounts payable.

OAO Kompania Slavich is a Russian manufacturer of photography paper, film, materials for use in microelectronics, flexible coloured packaging and chemicals. Its production facility is located in Pereslavl-Zalesski (Yaroslavl region). Slavich is a member of the INPARK group, which operates several industrial parks in various regions of the country, including Yaroslavl, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow region and the city of Moscow. INPARK President Ilya Yurievich Shpurov is Vice-President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Moscow).
