OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2013. In the conditions low rate of the development of world economy the main task of the government is to find internal incentives to revive the economy of Ukraine. The First vice Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov said during a meeting of the Government, which was held under his chairmanship.

“I recall that it is projected a number of social and economic development and innovation projects within the framework of the State Program of Economic Revitalization. Their implementation allow us fully perform instructions of the President to intensify economic reforms,” Serhiy Arbuzov noted.

He pointed out that today the first stage of the program is performed: a working body that selects priority projects, Financial and Credit Council is formed and drafted legal framework that is needed to build an effective mechanism for reviewing and approving projects.

“At its first meeting of the Council has approved 3 projects, which we have to consider at meetings of the Government. Namely: 2 projects of transport infrastructure development in the city of Vinnytsia and the construction project of the first phase of the Dniester PSH,” the First vice Prime Minister said.

According to Serhiy Arbuzov, the implementation of this project will strengthen energy security and competitiveness of Ukraine and to settle schedule of loads and flows in the energy system, create more jobs and increase the budget revenue.
