OREANDA-NEWS. ‘Expert RA’ rating agency confirms ‘Gazprombank’ creditworthiness rating А++, which means extremely high credit solvency; the outlook is stable.

The Agency stresses high probability of financial assistance from the Bank’s shareholders and the Russian Government as the key positive factor. The Agency’s analysts also note strong competitive positions, the Bank’s broad business geography, good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short-term and high coverage of operating costs with net interest and commission income.

Capital adequacy at 11.3% and relatively high concentration of active transactions on the major credit risk items were referred to the restraining factors.
