OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA rating agency upgraded the guarantee coverage reliability rating of ‘Perm Guarantee Fund’ to А+, which means very high guarantee coverage reliability. The rating outlook is stable, which means high probability of maintaining the rating. The Fund used to have rating A, which means high guarantee coverage reliability, the outlook was stable.

Upgrading of ‘Perm Guarantee Fund’ rating is due to increase in the share of sureties under loans secured with real estate pledge and significant capital adequacy growth.

High concentration of sureties on certain partners, the limited Fund’s business scope and moderately low investment portfolio profitability continue restraining the Fund rating.
