OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2013. During the first half of 2013, 376 objects of delayed construction were put into operation in Ukraine.

The Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Gennadiy Temnyk said this. According to him, the issue of the completion of delayed construction is under the personal control of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul.

In early March, the Vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul in Simferopol held nationwide meeting to address issues of delayed construction. Then he set the task to the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services in cooperation with the regions intensify efforts to accelerate the commissioning of such facilities and to prevent the increase of delayed construction, introduce in every region an effective planning system, strictly control the use of funds on facilities that are being built.

"The result 376 objects of delayed construction were put into operation in the first half of 2013," Gennady Temnyk stated.

The leaders of the commissioning of the former delayed construction are Donetsk (48), Kharkiv (44), Mykolaiv (31) and Sumy (22) regions.
