Alexander Kinev Appointed Deputy Head of FAS Russia
OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2013. By No. 1110-r Order of the Government of the Russian Alexander Kinev is appointed Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia).
Alexander Kinev has been working in the antimonopoly bodies since 2004; in a position as the Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department - since 2008.
Alexander Kinev will supervise Anti-Cartel Department and the Department for Control over the Authorities.

Alexander Kinev graduated from Leningrad High Political College of USSR Ministry of Interior; St Petersburg State University, Faculty of Economics; St Petersburg University of Russia’s Ministry of Interior. Candidate of Sciences (Law).
Work experience:
Overall work record - 28 years, public service - 18 years. Completed military service Served; founded and acted as a General Director of several production-and-commercial enterprises; was employed at executive positions by government bodies of different levels.
Family status:
Married, three children.
