Strategy & Global Marketing Block Organized within Rosbank
OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2013. New block’s functions include a range of key activities: strategic planning and development, global marketing, corporate communications, customer satisfaction & services’ quality monitoring and control system. New block will be headed by Rosbank Deputy CEO Ulan Ilishkin.
On the basis of Strategy and Global Marketing Department it is planned to elaborate long-term development strategy enabling to synchronize and unite efforts of the bank’s main business-lines, IT, risks, finances and other departments. New organizational structure aims to strengthen cooperation within Societe Generale Group in Russia, including Rusfinance and DeltaCredit subsidiaries. The functions within the Department also include development of KPI system, which will enable to monitor operational efficiency and strategic goals reaching process.
Ulan Ilishkin comments: “Consolidation of departments responsible for strategy and development, global marketing and service quality is important stage of the programme on the bank’s optimization and efficiency increase. We are strengthening significantly the system of market research, economic forecast, strategic planning and control over plans’ implementation. These measures combined with flexible mechanism of adjusting business-processes targeted to service quality increase will result in visible positive effect in the nearest future”.
