OREANDA-NEWS. July 17, 2013. IBA has ranked 34th in the list of the biggest 100 CIS banks prepared by Russian RIA Rating Agency. The rating was prepared on assets as of January 1, 2013 and IBA’s assets stood at USD7.5 bln.

In general, the rating was headed by Russian Sberbank with the assets of USD 447.17 bln. Note that rating includes banks representing Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Russia. The banks showed in the rating made 81% of total CIS banks.

At the same time, there are misunderstandings in the rating. So, assets of the bank holding the last place made USD 2.57 bln. But it’s known that, Kapital Bank’s assets were AZN 3.240 bln or \\$ 4.13 bln. So, Kapital Bank has to hold 59-60th places. But, RIA Rating experts did not include Kapital Bank in the rating.
