OREANDA-NEWS.  July 16, 2013. Fortune released its 2013 list of Global 500, in which CNPC ranks the fifth with annual revenue of USD 408.63 billion, moving one place up from last year.

2013 marks the 13th consecutive year for CNPC to enter the list, since 2001 when the company ranked the 83rd at its debut amongst Global 500.

Royal Dutch Shell continues to top the list with annual revenue of USD 481.7 billion, whereas ExxonMobil, Sinopec, BP and TOTAL took the third, fourth, sixth and tenth places respectively.
