OREANDA-NEWS. July 16, 2013. Sviaz-Bank has started making mortgage loans for the purchase of land plots in Kamenka township a quarter-hour drive from Moscow. Housing is built by RDI Company.

A mortgagor can purchase a land plot in the modern Kamenka township on the 22nd kilometer of the Kiev Highway under Sviaz-Bank’s mortgage loan program.

Sviaz-Bank charges an interest rate of up from 11% per annum in Russian rubles on mortgage loans of up to 60 million rubles for the purchase of land, to be repaid within a period of three to 30 years.

The Kamenka nature park is part of a natural terrain complex over 1,000 hectares in area a quarter-hour drive from Moscow. The park has more than 800 hectares of forestland and some 22 hectares of lakes and ponds. Park residents will have all central utility services. The housing project includes construction of a playground, a sports ground, and a mini market. Troitsk and Aprelevka towns a short distance from the nature park have social and entertainment infrastructure facilities.
