OREANDA-NEWS. In early July 2013 PJSC “Ukrsotsbank”, which operates under the UniCredit Bank trade mark, implemented a function of PIN-code change for chip cards via ATMs of financial institutions, previously available only for holders of magnetic plastic.

The launch of the new feature was a logical extension of both card transactions security level and quality of customer service improvement strategy for holders of chip cards of PJSC “Ukrsotsbank”, UniCredit Bank™. As part of this policy, the Bank provides customers with the opportunity to purchase a chip card, which is currently one of the safest payment instruments, at the price of the usual magnetic cards. Furthermore, the possibility of card’s PIN-code personal change makes this product even safer in terms of data protection.

The service of PIN change is available in any PJSC “Ukrsotsbank”, UniCredit Bank™, ATM within the country.
