OREANDA-NEWS. ‘Expert RA’ rating agency confirmed ‘OPF’ PPF reliability rating A, which means high reliability. The outlook changed from stable to positive. The positive outlook means high probability of upgrading the rating in the mid-term.

When ‘OPF’ PPF was rated, the Agency noted the conservative investment strategy and high return on investment of pension accruals as positive factors - for the last three years, the accumulated RoI exceeded the accrued inflation by 55 percentage points.

The Fund’s inadequate property for statutory activities, the pension money concentration in management of one management company, the impossibility to rate this Company’s services reliability and quality highly, and the insufficiently high information transparency were regarded as the rating-restraining factors.
