OREANDA-NEWS.   The Bank of Moscow and the PIC Group keep on developing their co-operation. Now, thanks to mortgage loans of the Bank of Moscow, clients have become able to acquire a new flat in the housing complexes of the PIC Group in Yaroslavl, one of the most beautiful cities of the Upper Volga which is rightfully considered to be the pearl in the Golden Ring of the ancient Russian cities.
