OREANDA-NEWS. At the 8th July 2013 the board of JSC „Valmieras stikla skiedra” made a decision to conclude a contract for buying the company in Great Britain P-D Interglas Technologies Ltd. The company given above produces fiber glass products for aviation, thermal insulation and architecture. In 2012 the company reached the annual turnover of 20 Mill euros.

“The purchase of P-D Interglas Technologies Ltd is one of the way the JSC „Valmieras stikla skiedra” is continuing to strengthen and expand the production of fiber glass and its' products in the world. We see a strong capability for growth, unifying the knowledge, experience and export possibilities of both companies as well as by making and developing joint projects. By working together we are expecting to strengthen our positions especially in the aviation industry,” says the chairman of the board Andris Oskars Brutans.

The decision for concluding the contract and buying the P-D Interglas Technologies Ltd is supported also by the supervisory board of JSC “Valmieras stikla skiedra”.
