OREANDA-NEWS. Within the framework of cooperation between Daimler AG and OJSC KAMAZ and integration of the companies' production systems, coachers from Germany have organized a training for KAMAZ managers at the Factory of Processes.

The training takes place at the engine plant. Two groups of the trainees include directors of the factories and functional managers. On the first day the German experts gave a masterclass; and on the second day they will assess their KAMAZ colleagues' readiness to conduct their own training.

This training will be another step in the development of the Production System KAMAZ after the construction of the Factory of Processes. According to Jutta Lischke, Senior Manager OMCD, KAMAZ needs to focus on development of its trainers' skills because it is very difficult to train and, on the whole, work with people.
