OREANDA-NEWS. The Company hereby announces that its subsidiary, IC Power, through its subsidiary in Israel, O.P.C. Rotem Ltd., in which the Company indirectly holds 80% of its shares (hereinafter: "O.P.C), has completed the construction of the power plant in Rotem Plateau, and has successfully passed the acceptance tests of the station using natural gas. The station's capacity is approx. 440 megawatts and energy utilization of 57%. Notice of the commercial operation of the station has been delivered to the competent officials.
