OREANDA-NEWS. METALLOINVEST announces that the Board of Directors of MICEX SE, in accordance with the Rules of MICEX SE for Listing and Admission of Securities to Placement and Trading, has decided to transfer the Company's bonds of the 02 and 03 series from unlisted securities section to Quotation List B of securities admitted to placement. This decision will come into force on 4 July 2013.

The Company's interest-bearing non-convertible documentary bonds of the 02 and 03 series with a total amount of RUB10 bn were issued in February 2013.

As a result, all METALLOINVEST outstanding RUB-denominated bonds (Series 01, 02, 03, 05, 06) are included into Quotation List B.
