OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2013. Due to the high quality of work at Ukrainian enterprises, according to experts, this year this volume will increase by 1.3 times.

"Ukraine is among the seven countries that develop and produce aviation equipment for passenger and freight traffic. An important part of Ukraine, as an aviation country, is the development of high-tech and science-driven industry, including aircraft-maintenance industry. The volume of repair works of aircraft engines at Ukrainian enterprises was increased in 1.7 times from 2010 to 2013 (from UAH 200 million to more than UAH 350 million). This figure will grow by 1.3 times in 2013 year," vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul said in his speech to factory workers.

Foreign companies emphasize the high level of Ukrainian aircraft manufacturers and preferred to repair in Ukraine. Most civil aircrafts and military transport aviation in Ukraine are being restored and modernized at the Plant 410 CA.

Vice Prime Minister opened the new parking shelter of the Factory 410 CA. Shelter is equipped with modern facilities and is designed for flushing through the latest technology coatings from aircraft that to be repaired.

There is a new device for environmentally friendly washing and modern ventilation equipment in the shelter. Also, to ensure the safety of people in the process of washing the paint acquired modern remedies.

"The Government supports the development of domestic aircraft industry. State program of activation of economic development provides implementation of the four projects aimed at modernizing the sector. In particular, it is planned to modernize the production facilities for the Antonov State Enterprise for the construction of AN-148, AN-158, the development and the production of two light helicopters at the Motor-Sich, and batch production of double-circuit turbojet engine AI-28 at Progress Zaporizhya Machine-Building design bureau.

Olexandr Vilkul congratulated plant’s workers on the 65th anniversary of the company and handed over awords of the Cabinet of Ministers to the best workers of the plant on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the company.

"Aircraft industry is a real pride for our country. I want to thank workers of the Plant 410 CA because they could not only keep the heritage that our country has inherited from the Soviet Union, but also implement their own development and to develop new technologies," the Minister of Industrial Policy of Ukraine Mykhailo Korolenko said.
