OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2013. Authorities of Director General of public company “Omsky Kauchuk” Komarov Nikolai Petrovich were canceled ahead of time by the Board of Directors of public company “Omsky Kauchuk”.

Siryk Alexander Grigorievich had been elected the Director General of the Company.

A.G. Siryk began his career in GC “Titan” in July of 2003 as Director of Production-Technical Department, after that he occupied other managing positions of the Group’s enterprises. Since 2008 he had been working as the Technical Director of public company “Omsky Kauchuk”.

One of the first events, which will take place after the appointment of the new Director General, will be annual common stockholders' meeting of public company “Omsky Kauchuk”. The meeting is planned on June 21, 2013. During the event one will examine results of financial-economical activities of the Company for 2012, elect new members into the Board of Directors of the enterprise, check-up committee and auditor.
