High capital adequacy and high liquidity ratios have a positive impact on the Company rating. The Company also has a small share of receivables in assets and of payables in liabilities, as of March 31, 2013, respectively.

The Agency's analysts highlighted low business diversification, low profitability indicators and significant reliance on one counterparty as the rating-restraining factors.
