OREANDA-NEWS. Vneshprombank Ltd. successfully placed documentary interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds on the MICEX Stock Exchange. The bank placed 3,000,000 (three million) bonds with a nominal value of RUB 1,000 (one thousand) and a total nominal value of RUB 3,000,000,000 (three billion). The bonds have series BО-03 and ID 4V020303261BV dated 30.05.2013 with obligatory centralized storage and give their owners the right to demand anticipated repayment.

The placement organizers are AKB ROSBANK and Bank Otkrytie JSC. The interest rate for the first bond coupon is set at the level of 11.25 (eleven) percent annually, which equals 56-10 (fifty six and 10/100) rubles for one BO-03-series bond. The interest rates for 2?10 coupon periods will be set by the issuer in accordance with the Resolution on the Issuance of Securities. The issuance of bonds meets all criteria of the Russian Federation Central Bank to be included in the Lombard list.
