OREANDA-NEWS. Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance, a member of the power plant concern OJSC Power Machines) has shipped the Blocks of the Second Module for PGU-410Т Power Unit (Salavat).

The Contract for the complex supply of HRSG for the construction of the Plant Power Unit was concluded between PJSC EMAlliance and JSC Salavatneftehimremstroy in September 2011.

According to the Contract liabilities the equipment being supplied include the Assemblies of HRSG highly preassembled for erection (Main and Inlet Gasducts, Heating Surface Modules, Low Pressure, Intermediate Pressure and High Pressure Drums), as well as different Boiler Auxiliary Equipment (Boiler valves, Deaerator, Silencers of flue gas and steam discharge, Flash Tanks of continuous and periodical blowdowns, Feed and Recirculation Electric Pumps, Water-to-Water Heat Exchanger (WWHE), Expansion Joints of thermal expansion at the inlet and outlet of HRSG, etc.).

The Project documentation was developed by the Engineering Division of PJSC EMAlliance (Taganrog) according to the Contract Technical Requirements for the following manufactory and supply of the equipment by PJSC Krasny Kotelshchik.

Moreover, services of EMAlliance supervision for erection, pre-commissioning, tests, test run, commissioning and putting into operation of the supplied equipment, obtaining the permission for the application of HRSG at Rostechnadzor are anticipated in the Contract.

Taganrog Boiler-Making Works has already manufactured and shipped the main part of the equipment to the supplier. At present, Krasny Kotelshchik finishes the manufacture of the last HRSG Assemblies, the Blocks of the First Module and High Pressure Drum will be also manufactured and shipped in the nearest future.

The Power Unit construction is performed in order to provide safe power and heat supply of the consumers of RF Power System and to provide the heat supply to the consumers of JSC Gazprom neftekhim Salavat. Its technical and economical indexes will be among the best of all Combined-Cycle Plants.
