When 'Alliance' PPF was rated, the Agency highlighted high accrued profitability from private pension provision for the period from December 31, 2008, to December 31, 2012, the conservative placement structure of property for statutory activities and of pension funds as of December 31, 2012, as well as the high ratio of property for statutory activities to pension funds in 2012 as positive factors.

Concentration of property for statutory activities and pension funds in one management company, low accumulated return on pension accrual investments in the period from December 31, 2010, to December 31, 2012, the small size and the narrow customer base were the rating-restraining factors.
