A broad customer base and business geography, high major risk management quality, low credit risk concentration, access to significant additional liquidity sources from third party investors had a serious positive impact on 'Home Money' rating.

Low loan portfolio quality and significant undertaken currency risks have a negative impact on the rating. Refinancing is also needed to make possible payments, both on the bond issue and on the loans obtained from banks.
