OREANDA-NEWS. CROC has become the first company in Russia to have its enterprise document management system (“EDMS”) EMC Certified. Now CROC's solution is listed in the EMC Certified Solution Catalog.

CROC EDMS supports unified document storage, monitors status and facilitates the drafting, approval, signing and execution of documents. As part of the certification process, CROC specialists demonstrated the system, its concept and key functions to EMC experts, who audited CROC EDMS and awarded it EMC Certified status.

“We have been developing our EDMS based on EMC Documentum for over five years. Over this period, we implemented EDMS in several major projects, including document management optimization for the Federal State Statistics Service, OAO Irkutskenergo, Volga Territorial Generating Company (TGK-7) and State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom. Some projects are unique for Russia in terms of scale of EDMS implementation on EMC Documentum. Now, it is just about time for our solution to be certified. Customers can be assured that the CROC EDMS supports necessary risk reduction at the deployment stage and provides a solid basis for successful implementation and use of electronic document management systems in enterprises,” remarked Vladislav Goryainov, Head of EMC Documentum Practice, CROC.
