OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2013. The Federal Passenger Company introduced electronic registration when buying e-tickets for its international Train No. 69/70 Saratov - Berlin.

As a result, passengers travelling in the direct carriages on the services between Novosibirsk - Berlin, Chelyabinsk - Berlin, Adler - Berlin and St. Petersburg - Berlin can now use the electronic registration service.

Passengers can register online when booking e-tickets through the corporate web portal of Russian Railways and the web-system of the company Universal Financial System (UFS) LLC.

To board the train, passengers merely have to show the conductor an identification document and their e-ticket as displayed on the screen of a mobile device or printed out on A4 paper.

Passengers using the service do not require a ticket issued at the ticket office or self-service terminal.
