Starting from July, 2013, Graziano Cameli is designated to fill in the position as CEO at Ukrsotsbank (UniCredit Bank™) in Ukraine: this appointment will become effective in accordance with internal and external procedures. Graziano Cameli has been taking the position of the General Manager and First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" since 2010.

Graziano has matured a solid international and professional experience in the finance and banking industry. He started his career path at Assicurazioni Generali and then at McKinsey, joining the Group in 2005 at Banca di Roma as Head of Planning & Control; later on, he continued his path as Head of Retail & Private Sales. In 2008, Graziano became Head of CEE Retail at Bank Austria.

Graziano Cameli: "Changes in the Management of the Bank will have no impact on the strategy of the financial institution: as it was announced earlier the merger of 2 banks of UniCredit Group in Ukraine - PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" and PJSC "UniCredit Bank is planned to accomplish by the end of this year. Also the Bank will continue to develop actively retail and corporate businesses, keeping the high standards of service for the existent and the potential clients".

Boris Tymonkin - stepping down as CEO after 12 years of excellent results - will enter the Supervisory Board of the Bank.

At the same time, Sergiy Manokha - actual Head of Treasury & Institutional Business at Ukrsotsbank - will be appointed as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Ukrsotsbank. In the past, Sergiy enjoyed working experiences at Creditanstalt Ukraine, as Deputy Treasury, and at Raiffeisenbank Ukraine. Before joining Ukrsotsbank in 2005, he was Deputy Minister of Finance in Ukraine.
