OREANDA-NEWS. July 04, 2013. Chairman of the Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank Dmitry Patrushev held a meeting with Penza Oblast Governor Vasily Bochkaryov and visited some major agribusiness enterprises in the region.

Dmitry Patrushev and Vasily Bochkaryov signed a bilateral Cooperation Agreement on implementation of the State Program on Agribusiness Development 2013-2020 and discussed a number of investment projects to be launched in the region.

At the meeting with heads of local agribusiness enterprises Dmitry Patrushev underlined that lending to the national agribusiness is a core activity of Russian Agricultural Bank.

“The Bank will continue to provide an effective financial support to the industry and actively lend under rural development programs. I also believe that the signed Cooperation Agreement will promote modernization of agricultural infrastructure in Penza region, enhancement of the national food security and improvement of living standards in rural areas”, noted Dmitry Patrushev.
