OREANDA-NEWS. July 04, 2013. Gary Alan Tilson, GMIO Aftersales Director, will be appointed to the position of Managing Director, CJSC "GM-AVTOVAZ", Togliatti, Russia.

He has been with General Motors for twenty-nine years. particularly working in the US, GM China, SGM JV and GMIO. He has worked in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution, and Manufacturing.

Gary Tilson has a bachelor degree from GMI Engineering and Management. Additionally he has a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master’s in International Logistics from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

In his new role, Gary Tilson will be replacing Jeffrey  Glover, who is repatriating back to Germany after almost four years at the joint venture to support Opel/Vauxhall with its restructuring as Director, Project Accelerate.
