JSC “E4 Group” has purchased 50.1% shares of JSC “Siberian ENTC” and 49.65% shares of JSC “E4-SibCOTES”, thus bringing its share in the capital stocks of the Institutes up to 100% and 99.68% accordingly. On May 15, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company approved increase of its interest in JSC “Siberian ENTC” and JSC “E4-SibCOTES”. Consolidation of project assets is a part of the Company's policy aimed at increasing efficiency of engineering projects support with regard to design engineering, commissioning and testing of equipment of big-scale industrial facilities. JSC “Siberian ENTC” specializes in designing thermal, grid, hydro, as well as civil and industrial facilities, while JSC “E4-SibCOTES has a vast experience in developing capital construction projects and in refurbishing power units of up to 800 MW, thermal networks and pump stations, electrical mains and substations both in Russia and abroad.
