OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2013. On implementation of a commission by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov the State Agency for Science and Innovations has readied propositions on the basis of which a decision was approved on including Ukrainian scientists to the composition of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Skolkovo Foundation (the Russian Federation). The head of the State Agency for Science, Innovations and Informatization of Ukraine Volodymyr Semynozhenko informed.

So, Ukraine has suggested to the composition of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Skolkovo three Ukrainian scientists: academician of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine (NASU), vice-president of the NASU Anton Naumovets; academician, member of the presidium of the NASU, rector of the Kyiv Polytechnical Institute national technical university of Ukraine Mykhaylo Zgurovskyi; academician of the NASU, head of the State Agency for Science, Innovations and Informatization of Ukraine Volodymyr Semynozhenko.

It should be noted that understanding concerning including of Ukrainian scientists to the Scientific Advisory Council of the Skolkovo Foundation was reached during a meeting of Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov with the Skolkovo Foundation’s delegation in the end of May of the current year. The Head of Government commissioned the head of the State Agency for Science, Innovations and Informatization of Ukraine Volodymyr Semynozhenko to prepare respective propositions.
