Uralsevergaz Summed up Results of 2012
OREANDA-NEWS. CJSC Uralsevergaz, an affiliate company of ITERA Oil and Gas Company, LLC, had held its stockholders' meeting on June 21 to sum up the results of the Company in 2012.
Uralsevergaz is a principal supplier of natural gas to the Sverdlovsk Region. The Company had supplied about 15.6 billion cu m of gas to local consumers last year. There has not been a single event of non-fulfillment of its contractual obligations last year or the whole period of the Company performance in the Region. Stockholders assessed performance of the Company as being satisfactory.
As a result, stockholders unanimously approved of the annual report and the annual accounting statement by Uralsevergaz. The meeting also elected the new Board of Directors of the enterprise. Sergey Vorobyev, First Deputy General Director of ITERA Oil and Gas Company, LLC, was elected Chairman of the Board.
Anatoly Yevdokimov was elected General Director of Uralsevergaz. Alexander Yeremin who held the position since March of 2012, quit for the contract expiry.
CJSC Uralsevergaz was established by ITRERA Oil and Gas Company, LLC, and the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region. The Company has been supplying natural gas to meet requirements of economy and the social sector of the Sverdlovsk Region since 1999. The Company had supplied the total of 241.6 billion cu m of natural gas in the period of 1999- 2012 to the Sverdlovsk Region.
Anatoly Grigoryevich Yevdokimov was born on December 24 of 1956 in Baranovichi town (the Brest Region). He has higher legal education. He worked for state entities and enterprises of thermal power stations in the Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. He was also employed as Deputy General Director of Angara NKhK OJSC NK Rosneft; he served as Adviser to Head of the Federal Subsurface Management Agency (Rosnedra).
