OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2013. Minsk hosted the Forum of business people of the Member States of the Common Economic Space in the multi-use cultural and sports complex "Minsk-arena" with the participation of the Heads of governments of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. Around 600 of business people attended the forum.

The goal of the forum is the formation of the common information space and the development of business environment as very important tools of enhancement of economic relations between the Common Economic Space member states.

One of the main topic discussed at the forum was "The integration of the business information space on the basis of the modern information technologies." The organizer of the thematic section was of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and the Science and Technology Association "Infopark". Also the science and technology, transportation and logistics, tourism and other topics were discussed at the forum.

It is safe to say that the activities of the meeting will impact positively on the cooperation in trade and economic, investment and innovation areas, establishment of contacts between the representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, industry associations and business associations of the Republic of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan.
