Shareholders Approved New Board of Directors of Rosbank
OREANDA-NEWS. The Annual Meeting of Rosbank shareholders was held on June 25, 2013.
The shareholders approved the Financial Statements for the year 2012, annual accounting statements, and made the decision to left 2012 revenue (11.7 billion rubles) in the Bank and to transfer it to the account "Retained earnings". According to common decision dividends for the past year would not be paid. The shareholders approved the Revision Commission in the following persons: Elena Konischeva, Olga Mamulina, Irina Martyshkova, Mikhail Pelipenko, Svetlana Ugolkova.
Deloitte & Touche CIS has been appointed as Rosbank's external auditor for the financial year 2013.
At the meeting the new Board of Directors has been elected consisting of 12 members:
Didier Valet - Head of Corporate and Investment banking of Societe Generale Group, member of the Management Board of Societe Generale Group;
Martin Grant Gilman - Professor of Economics, Director of the Higher school of Economics, Independent Director of Rosbank;
Georgy Gorshkov - Advisor to the CEO of "Bezhitsa-Bank" (JSC);
Bernardo Sanchez Insera - Deputy CEO of Societe Generale Group;
Francoise Mercadal-Delassales - Head of Corporate resources and innovations of Societe Generale Group, member of the Management Board of Societe Generale Group;
Didier Hauguel - Major Societe Generale Regional Coordinator in Russia, Head of Specialized Financial Services and Insurance, Member of the Management Board of Societe Generale Group;
Jean-Luc Parer, Head of International Retail Banking Division, Member of the Management Board, Societe Generale Group;
Christian Schricke - Member of the board of the French Financial markets Authority, Independent Director of Rosbank;
Arnaud Jacquemin, Deputy Chief Risk Officer of Societe Generale Group;
Pascal Auge - Head of Global Transaction Banking at Societe Generale GTPS/DIR.
Pierre Palmieri - Head of Global Finance (Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking).
Andrey Ryzhov - Head of Debt Finance and Risks of “Holding company INTERROS” (CJSC).

Graduated from the HEC business School in 1984. In 2005- 2007 - Country head of Societe Generale Milan. In 2007-2009 - Global Head of Human Resources Department, SGCIB/HUM. In 2009-2011 - Head of SGCIB Western Europe. In September 2011 appointed Head of Global Transaction Banking at Societe Generale GTPS/DIR.
Palmieri Pierre, Head of Global Finance (Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking).
Graduated from Business school in Tours in 1982. In 2007-2008 - Global Head of Natural Resources and Energy Financing. In 2008-2012 - Deputy Head of Global Finance at SGCIB. Since January 2012 - Head of Global Finance (Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking).
Andrey Ryzhov, Head of Debt Finance and Risks Division, CJSC INTERROS Holding Company
Graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1996. From October 2007 to January 2010 - Senior Manager at CJSC Deloitte & Touche CIS. In February 2010 was appointed Head of Corporate Finance Division at CJSC INTERROS Holding Company. From August 2010 to May 2012 -- Deputy Director of Depositary and Corporate Finance Department; Head of Corporate Finance Division. In May 2012 appointed Head of Debt Finance and Risks Division.
