Immediately after the conclusion of the general meeting of shareholders in Almetyevsk, a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT in the new approved composition was held, which elected R.N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, as the Board of Directors Chairman.

The Board of Directors reviewed the budget performance of JSC TATNEFT for five months in 2013 and approved the budget for July and the third quarter of the current year.

The Board of Directors approved the compositions of the committees of the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT.

Audit Committee was headed by S. Ghosh, Managing Director of SGI Group Ltd.; Members of the Committee: M.L. Voskreaetskaya, Director of "Brentcross Ltd.", R.R. Gaizatullin, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan and R. Steiner, Head of Private Investment Programs of FIDES Business Partner AG.

Corporate Management Committee was headed by V.I. Gorodniy, Deputy General Director - Head of Property Department of JSC TATNEFT): Memebers of the Committee: V.D. Ershov, Head of Legal Department of JSC TATNEFT, V.A. Mozgovoy, Assistant to General Director of JSC TATNEFT on Finance, R.K Sabirov, Assistant to President of the Republic of Tatarstan, R.S. Khisamov, Chief Geologist - Deputy General Director of JSC TATNEFT, R.M. Khisamov Head of Securities Office of Property Department of TATNEFT and D.V. Tsovma, Deputy Head of Securities Office of Property Department of TATNEFT.

Human Resources and Remuneration Committee was headed by R. Steiner, Head of Private Investment Programs of FIDES Business Partner AG; Members of the Committee: S. Ghosh, Managing Director of SGI Group Ltd. and R.K Sabirov, Assistant to President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting adopted the work plan of the Board of Directors for the second half of 2013 and discussed a number of other issues of the Company's activities.
