OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2013. A signing ceremony for the Cooperation Agreement between Sberbank of Russia and “Zarubezhneft" was held at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The document was signed by Herman Gref, CEO, Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia and Sergey Kudryashov, General Director of JSC "Zarubezhneft". The Agreement is aimed at expanding of the cooperation between the two companies in the international market and increasing the operational efficiency of Sberbank and "Zarubezhneft", as well as its international subsidies.

The focus of the Agreement is developing relationships and identifying areas of mutually beneficial cooperation between Sberbank and the companies of the "Zarubezhneft" Group on a long term basis.

"The signing of this document is the logical continuation of our mutually beneficial partnership, which also includes our international markets cooperation, - said Herman Gref. - Sberbank is successfully working with "Zarubezhneft" not only in Russia but also in the Balkans”.
