OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2013. There were 7,257 supplier companies registered in the electronic trading system of TATNEFT as of June 18 of the current year.

From the beginning of the year the Company's Logistics Department has carried out 896 two-stage procurement procedures for a total amount of 4,437 million rubles without VAT. There were successfully held 542 auctions in the amount of 1,960 million rubles with additional savings on the price determined at the first stage in the amount of 103.6 million rubles.

Resources of the Company's electronic trading platform (ETP) are actively used by subsidiary divisions of TATNEFT, as well as by service companies, contractors and independent oil companies. The Company's subsidiaries and oil service companies have carried out 1,352 procurement procedures since the beginning of the year till the date specified for the amount of 3,903 million rubles. 75 procurement procedures were carried out with participation of independent oil companies in the amount of 72.15 million rubles.

The e-trading mechanism implemented at JSC TATNEFT operating in accordance with the approved of regulatory base has become an operational tool for ensuring the effectiveness of procurement procedures and tenders and has broadened the range of suppliers.

The ETP has accelerated tender arrangements and provided the price transparency. All trades are conducted in the online mode.
